The Software includes third-party components owned by their respective copyright holders and licensed under their own terms. Those components remain subject to those terms. Nothing in the EULA modifies, limits, or replaces any right granted to you under a third-party component's license.

retire.js vulnerability corpus
The Software embeds the retire.js community jsrepository corpus — a mapping of JavaScript component names to version signatures and CVE identifiers — used to identify outdated JavaScript libraries observed during a scan.

The Apache-2.0 license applies to the corpus data only. The matching engine in the Software is an original implementation written by Hack LLC against the corpus format; it is not derived from retire.js source code, and it does not execute JavaScript.

Fonts are served from this deployment. The Software does not load fonts, or any other resource, from a third-party origin at runtime.

The Bustah "medium" wordlist is an original list authored by Hack LLC (no third-party content). A SecLists medium-sized list was not included because its license could not be confirmed.
BishopFox favicon fingerprint dataset
The Software embeds the BishopFox favicon-fingerprint dataset, used by the Nikto favicon module to identify a target's product/firmware by the MD5 of its favicon.

Permissively licensed components
The Software additionally incorporates components licensed under the MIT, BSD 2-Clause, BSD 3-Clause, ISC, and Apache License 2.0 licenses, together with public-domain dedications. These licenses permit redistribution in binary form and require retention of their copyright and permission notices.
A complete machine-generated inventory of every component, its version, its license, and its upstream source ships with this build and is published at Third-Party Component Inventory. It is regenerated from the components bundled in the build every time the documentation is built, so it always matches the release you are running.
